Palais des Thés (PDT) in Norway is a part of the French tea-group with the same name, which for decades has been one of the leading experts in the global tea market. PDT have multiple stores in Norway in addition to an online store which they opened during the Covid-19 pandemic when foot traffic to their stores disappeared. As society opened back up, customers went back to shopping in their physical stores, and sales online decreased. PDT contacted us as they wanted sales to remain high online, and they needed help with creating a strategy and running campaigns.

What we did

As PDT wanted increased sales but had limited budgets, we ended up choosing Google Ads to reach people looking for tea (in particular tea connoisseurs who knew what they were looking for). We implemented a strategy for Google Ads and completely overhauled their existing campaign structure. We analyzed the market and their competitors and focused on the areas with the most potential. Throughout the year we coordinated the efforts online with ongoing promotions and seasonality in their physical stores. In order to improve results of the campaigns we also advised on landing page optimization and SEO. We also added the possibility to track conversion value as well as implementing Google Analytics 4.
